The Hair styling course is a program that consists of 1200 hours. There are 240 hours of instruction in applied sciences and skills in hair sculpture, hair design, hair color, and permanent waves. Planned clinical instruction in the applied sciences of 960 hours will include experience in phases of hair styling and much more. Upon completion of Hair Styling you will receive the required number of hours by the state of Coloardo and be eligible to take the State Licensing Exam to become a licensed Hair Stylist. The Cosmetology course is a program that consist of 1800 total hours. There are 450 hours of instruction in applied sciences and skills in hair sculpture, hair design, hair color, permanent waves, manicures, facials, make up, and pedicures. Planned clinical instruction of 1350 hours will include experience in all required areas. Upon completion of your Cosmetology training you will receive the required number of hours by the state of Colorado and be eligible to take the State Licensing Exam to become a licensed Cosmetologist. The Esthetics course is a program that consists of 600 hours. There are 150 hours of instruction in applied sciences and skills in facials, skin care, makeup, hair removal, rules and regulations, sanitation, sterilization and management. Planned clinical instruction of 450 hours will include experience in all of the skills listed above. Upon completion of your training you will receive the required amount of practical experience and coordinated theory hours and be eligible to take the State Licensing Exam to become a licensed Esthetician.  The Barbering course is a program that consists of 1500 hours of instruction. Barber students are trained in the basic skills of hair sculpture, hair design, hair color, permanent waves shaving and more. Students perform services in the salon clinic and on classroom mannequins. Students study the Colorado State Laws governing the practices of barbering as well as the theory related to entry-level shop work. Upon completion of your training you will receive the required amount of practical experience and coordinated theory hours and be eligible to take the State Licensing Exam to become a licensed Barber.
