This advanced class is 132 hours and is available to licensed Cosmetologists and Estheticians.  Permanent Make Up is both financially and emotionally rewarding.  The Art of Designing enhancing colors to the skin of the face, lips, eyeliner and eyebrows.  We also offer advanced permanent make up classes in areola, advanced lip and hairline strokes for the eyebrow.  At New Dimensions Academy, you will learn theory and hands on training.
